    Do they really need 51 representatives from the senate to get approval for the bill atty. ?

      No. We do not need 51. Getting the right Senators is the key and we have most, but not all the key ones. We are working on the few key Senators who have not yet signed to support the bill.

      No - same process in the House. we must attract a few more key House members. We are trying very hard!
