Analysis
All Other: The
All Other EB-1 had a four-month progression and the EB-2 category remained
current. Both should stay in their
current ranges for the foreseeable future. The EB-3 is retrogressed back
to Jan 2017. This retrogression occurred
in all categories, except for China and India, where the retrogression is
worse. No forward movement is expected
in EB3 for the rest of the fiscal year.
Demand in All Other EB-3 Adjustment of Status cases is responsible for
the retrogression.
China: All Chinese EBs
improved slightly. Chinese EB-3 will not
progress beyond the January 2017 retrogression date in all other EB-3 categories.
India: There was virtually no progress for India. We continue to expect very little progress in
either category in future months.

ReplyDeleteYes- you can always try to move the interview
DeleteThank you Attorney! So i just have to send an email to nvc through their public inquiry form? Then attached documents as evidence of the legal status in the desired country, right?
DeleteHallo, what is the possibility of this retrogression changing to favour (schedule A)nurses from other countries other than India, Philippines or China?
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry. I don't understand your question.
Deletehello atty! do you feel optimistic in the next few months for PD 2018?
ReplyDeleteI continue to be confounded by the DOS' flip-flopping of the VB, which is difficult for me, and must be infuriating for the immigrants themselves.
DeleteWhen do you think the VB will move again, Atty?
ReplyDeleteProbably not until Oct 2020, although there is a small chance of progression this summer.
Deletehow about the table b, will it move forward soon?
DeleteAny hope that EB3 retrogression will end soon?
ReplyDeleteProbably not until Oct 2020, although there is a small chance of progression this summer.
DeleteHello Chris! How come NVC exhausted most of its Visa in just 4 months of the fiscal year 2020? Do you see any movement to EB3 Philippines in the coming months or will this last until the next fiscal year? My PD by the way is June 26, 2018.
ReplyDeleteMuch appreciated Chris!

ReplyDeleteIt is possible, but you should connect with a good attorney to do it correctly. If you do it wrong, the consequences are grave.
