All Other: The EB-1 category
moved one month. We expect continued
steady movement in this category for All Other.
We do not see any retrogression in the future for EB2 or EB3, other than
the usual retrogression at the end of the Fiscal Year.
China: China EB-2 again moved three
months, moving a almost one year in 2019’s calendar months. EB-3 actually retrogressed, which reflects
continued demand in EB-3, likely related to the many EB-3 “downgrades”.
India: There was very little movement
in any of the Indian categories. EB2
moved just three days. EB3 moved one
month. We are slightly more optimistic
about India EB-3, which should continue to progress faster than EB-2.
Philippines:
The EB-3 date showed great progress, improving four more months. This continues a great year for EB3. We expect continued progress in May’s Visa
Bulletin.
Hello Musillo! Is there any case that current already on Table B then waiting for approval of I140?? This is EB3 Philippines, the question is "Is there any positive outcomr which such case like approval?". My PD is April 9 2018 but still pending for approval, when it comes a time that it will be approved do you think by May Visa Bulletin, I will be current?

ReplyDeleteIt is usually 3 month. And then another 3-4 months before your visa appointment.
DeleteHello. Im already current this March 2017 vb may pd is Oct 5,2017 eb3 phils. I followed up my fee bill on NVC and they said no time line yet or wait after 4 weeks so most probably around April. I just wanted to know what are the reasons for that? I just recently added my husband before this february before my pd becomes current and according to NVC my husband is been added on my case. Adding dependent nearly before pd becomes current is the cause of delay for the fee bill? Thanks you sir.

ReplyDeleteHello MU, i just want to ask the effects of USCIS closing some international offices...would it affect the processing time and the release of green card visas for Family base and employment base applicants?by the way my husbands PD under EB3 philippines is current on Chart B and hopefully will be current on Chart A in the next visa bulletin...thank u and more power
It should have no impact on Employment based visas, Joana.

ReplyDeleteHi i recieved an email from nvc atty stating that my papers are being processed and needs to pay my visa fee bill, i submitted all the documents my agency 's case manager asked me to send, but until now no action was made , whom do i need to follow up, my immigrtion lawyer or my case manager who is not answering my email. My pd is oct 31 2017 and it was current march 2019. Thank you for enlightment
