NOVEMBER 2013 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has just released the November 2013 Visa Bulletin.  This is the second Visa Bulletin of the 2014 US Fiscal Year, which began on October 1, 2013.  

The All Other Countries EB-3 date jumped about three months from July 2010 to October 1, 2010.  The Chinese EB-2 and EB-3 dates each progressed several months.

Unfortunately the Indian and Philippine EB-2 and EB-3 remained stuck exactly where they were for the October 2013 Visa Bulletin.

    hi there chris!
    i'm lewis salvatierra residing in UK hired by rhode island hospital under aquent and adevia health company.
    will we be expecting the EB3 for Philippines in the next few months to remain stuck again? or is this probably due to the shutdown?

    Hi Lewis- The US Government Shutdown is not expected to have a large effect on the Visa Bulletin.

    @Noyal - If your PD is Jan 5, 2006, then it is current. I'm not sure that you have the correct date.
